Tell me it’s not just my children. Bedrooms (living rooms, dining rooms…) full of toys that are often shoved aside for much more entertaining items such as ~ahem~ empty food containers (think oatmeal) and toilet paper rolls. As maddening as it is sometimes that their toys seem to be objects of clutter more than they are playthings, I am actually quite envious of my kiddos’ imaginations and ability to turn “trash” into hours of creative fun.

Children are smart, you know? They’ve got this imagination thing down pat. If only we parents would slow down, get down (to their level), and have some fun! If we can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em, right?
If you could use some spark to your imagination as the days get longer and colder and everyone is trapped inside for hours on end and what on earth am I going to do with these children they are driving me crazy…… well, you should join us at the White Cloud Mom’s Imagination Unrolled Twitter Party!
The Details:

If you’ve never attended a twitter party, you’re in for a treat. It’s basically a fast-paced gab fest. I’ve met and networked with so (SOOO) many friends via twitter, and especially during twitter parties. Here’s how to attend:
How to Attend a Twitter Party
1. Once you are signed up for twitter, make sure you are following whoever is hosting the party. In this case, you want to follow @WhiteCloudMom.
2. I highly recommend using Tweet Grid or Tweet Chat (excellent instructions on the site) for twitter parties. They are fast paced and you will want the #WhiteCloudMom hashtag front and center. That way you can “block out” the rest of twitter while you are focusing on party tweets.
3. Don’t be shy! Like I said, I’ve met many a friend via twitter. We won’t know you’re there (and you can’t win the $$) if you don’t tweet!
As for me (@AmysFinerThings)… I will most certainly be there, and I’ll most likely bring a date.
My life is glamorous.
Disclosure: I’m a White Cloud Blogger and have been compensated for my time. As always, my opinions, my love of twitter, and my baby… all mine.

Oh yay, you got a lap top! That’s probably old news, but I don’t get out much.
Um, I think if I didn’t take the plunge… my blog would have died. Guess who’s on my lap RIGHT NOW as I’m typing?
Thanks for sharing this. I’ve never participated in a Twitter party before.
He’s getting so big! I’d take that glamorous life over any alternative.
Wow I wish I could be a white cloud blogger it’s the only toilet paper I buy & I love to blog! Are they needing another blogger?
