So funny. I make a similar dip, sometimes, too. I've never heard of Beau Monde seasoning, though. I just add some garlic powder, celery seed, and salt & pepper, instead. (If I'm using homemade mayo, I add a dash of sugar too, but store-bought mayo is usually sweeter.)
