We'll be supporting our transitional neighborhood's revitalization by doing a lot of our Christmas shopping at local small businesses. Kids' presents are coming from the independent children's bookstore down the street, and I'll be hitting up boutiques and the green general store for gifts for the adults. And don't forget Etsy--it has a great "shop local" search feature. It means buying less for each person, but the gifts are better quality and have more meaning. I will definetly check them both out... I love to support small business and WAHM whenever possible. I try and focus on WAHM in my own business. Over half of my inventory is all made by WAHM!!!
