Menu Plan, Week of January 8

Truth? I didn't follow much of a menu plan last week, and I didn't get my pantry cleaned out.  I opted instead to "clean and eat as we go," which works fine when there's excess.  I supplemented with a $20 trip to Aldi and a $40 stop yesterday for produce and dairy, but there's still plenty to go around in the depths of the freezer.  Maybe this is the week I'll get it cleaned … [Read more...]
