[...] Here is my 24-hour breakfast casserole recipe. Recently I played around with it a bit, because I didn’t have an extra loaf of bread to cube for the dish. Instead I used homemade bread crumbs from odds and ends that have been in my freezer a little too long. It turned out beautifully! The recipe follows, and a few more ideas for starting “tomorrow’s breakfast tonight” can be found here.
Between your recipes and mine, we could cover a month's worth of breakfasts without any repeats and NO cold cereal or toaster tarts!
:-) I will be incorporating these into my breakfast menus once I'm back to cooking again! Thanks for the recipes!

Love your ideas. I make pancakes and waffles in triple batches and keep them in the freezer for quick breakfast. We also love baked french toast.

I keep extra pancakes in the freezer to pop in the microwave. If I make up most of the cinnamon roll dough ahead of time at night, then I can pull them out of fridge and let rise for about an hour and bake. The extra goes in the freezer for other days. :D

Thank you for sharing your recipe for Amish Baked Oatmeal. I've been wanting to try a baked oatmeal recipe and this one sounds really good. I'm going to mix it up tonight for tomorrow's breakfast.

We love the baked oatmeal. An 8 or 9 inch square pan feeds the two of us for 2-3 breakfasts, so it's nice to mix one evening and bake the next morning, then eat it for two more days!

We eat a lot of scrambled eggs and toast since it's fast for early mornings. Also, I try to do the frozen muffin, breakfast cookies, and pancakes or waffles so that I have at least one breakfast item ready to pull out of the freezer. Occasionally, I'll freeze homemade sausage biscuits which only have to be microwaved. My husband loves that!
