I must be doing something wrong- I clicked on your link, but it never showed a $10 credit and it also didn’t show free shipping. I went all the way through entering my cc info, thinking it would come off then, but it didn’t.

Digging around other blogs, it looks like the credit shows up for some people if you log out and log back in. Another gal said it showed up at checkout. Your first order won’t have free shipping (did I not word that right? will check and edit if I need to…)
Another blogger says their customer service has been very helpful: “call them at 877-779-5615 and they will give you your credit and help you complete your order.” What a pain, though!
