Roasted Brussels Sprouts {with Bacon and Onions}

Everything’s better with bacon.  I believe that should be one of life’s mottos.  It’s certainly the case with Brussels sprouts, anyway!  I did not grow up eating these itty bitty cabbages, and while I can’t say I was missing out, I do enjoy this version.

  3. I just might be able to swallow these. Never liked brussel sprouts, my DH teases me all the time about them. Hmmm…I just might have to buy some to try this with a few extra pieces of bacon!

  4. We make these at our house too. They are a FAVORITE of all. My tots (6, 4, almost 2) have always loved brussel sprouts but probably because we’ve always made them like this 😉 Your pictures look scrumptious!

  5. I always hated brussels sprouts, but started making them roasted w/ olive oil & kosher salt or sea salt, (we don’t do bacon at our house :o) ) and now they’re a favorite!
