		<description>I usually cook my roast in the crock pot.  Sometimes I&#039;ll sear it in a skillet first (just brown on all sides, but don&#039;t cook it) and then stick it in the crock pot with about 1/2 cup of water and one chopped onion, salt and pepper.  Cook on low for about 8 hours.</description>
