Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Come on.  Admit it… I had you at Reese’s, didn’t I?  These cookies are a family favorite and are a perfect addition to any holiday cookie plate.  Their mini muffin-tin shape makes it hard to eat just one, though!  Enjoy!

  21. Hey, I just remembered that I have a mini muffin pan I purchased just to make these cookies. I don’t know where it is. I haven’t seen it since I moved here. Now I’ll have to go on the hunt to look for it. Thanks for reminding me of these.

  22. I would have to double this recipe. They would go so fast around here! Thanks!

  23. Wow I have made these for years and they are always a big hit. They are
the best. I use to take them to work for pot lucks and everyone loved them.

  24. These were good but there is a recipe where you put half a miniature in BEFORE cooking. Anyone know this one – – –

  25. This is the best recipe! I tried another this year with more flour and it was not nearly as good as this one!!

  26. Angelique says:

This recipe won my daughter a 1st place blue ribbon at the county fair!

  27. I am an experienced baker and tried these out. They have great flavor. However, my peanut butter cookies totally caved in during cooling. I think the dough was too light to support the weight of the peanut butter cup. So, I just filled the hole with TWO peanut butter cups. 🙂 They tasted great!

    • Very interesting! Maybe your mini muffin tins are bigger than mine? Not sure, but even if everything sunk and melted, there would be no room for two of the peanut butter cups. But hey, no one’s gonna complain about two peanut butter cups in a cookie!

Oh! Wait! I’ve noticed TINY peanut butter cups in the store now. Ones you don’t even have to unwrap. Did you use those? That would explain how you have room for two, maybe! (I don’t think those even existed when I posted this recipe.)

  28. Do you have recipe or know if you can use already made peanut butter dough in the refrigerated section of the store?

  29. i am DEFINETLY trying these out…they are making my mouth water!!
