So, I got a 9 lb pork roast for $10.28. That’s a LOT of pork! I thought I’d see if you have any good recipes???? I’m constantly making the strawberry pretzel salad and cheesey potato soup (I’M SERIOUS–my family is obsessed!). Have a hot recipe for me???

Hi Allison! Just wanted to say thanks for the Tex-Mex Potato recipe – I was looking for a main-dish potato recipe for tonight, and that one is going to work perfectly. Can’t wait to try some of these other ones!
