That is a great list, and I bet many of them can easily be made gluten free. I looked at THE pumpkin dessert and it sounds delicious. I even have a gluten free yellow cake mix in my pantry.

I think I need to buy more pumpkin after reading all that! I just made this one this weekend and I make it more times than I can count this time of year! It’s like a cake texture. I slice it up like brownies.

Hi Amy, thanks for compiling such a wonderful list of recipes! Last week was chaotic, so I am just now getting around to submitting recipes. The recipes have regular directions, but do include options to make them gluten free as well.

The groundhogs have eaten all of my pumpkins that I had out for decoration. I guess it’s a good thing that I wasn’t depending on them (the pumpkins that is) for bread:)

Amy, I missed the call for recipes somehow! My grandma gave me this absolutely divine recipe for Pumpkin Bundt Cake. It can double as a breakfast bread too. It’s very dense and very easy to make!
