Just 3 ingredients and about 15 minutes, and you’ve got a “fancy” holiday candy that the children can nearly make themselves! My aunt brought these to a Christmas gathering one year, and I’ve been making them ever since.

Pretzel Turtles
- small knot pretzels
- Rolo candies
- pecan halves

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. Cover with pretzels.
2. Place a Rolo candy on each pretzel.

3. Bake at 250° for 3-5 minutes. You want them soft and shiny, but not melted.
4. Press a pecan half on each Rolo while hot.
5. Stick the whole pan in the fridge to cool and harden. Store candies in an airtight container.
Pretzel Turtles make a great addition to your holiday treats tray, and they package up easily for a quick teacher or neighbor gift.

Love these! I made the kiss kind yesterday!
So easy and they look yummy too . I will definitely try these next week, thanks!
I so did not need to know that. Yum!
These are marvelous!! I’ve made them a few times. Much better than the kisses and m&m’s in my opinion:)
Unless the kisses/M&Ms have caramel and pecan in them somehow… I’m choosing these.
Yum! I make a similar treat but instead of pecans on top I add an m&m. I am a big fan of turtle treats though so can’t wait to make these!
I love these, and just made them to post on my blog too, great minds think alike. I am hosting a Holiday Treats week on my blog all week, hope you will stop by and link up.
Oh, the yumminess. Love salty and sweet things together… I’m *that* kind of snacker!
Just made the kiss/M&M ones of these recently too! I can’t find the bags of Rolos…I’m going to have to look harder!
Oh, my! This looks absolutely scrumptious!
I just made these today too! Walnuts were so much cheaper, but I wasn’t sure how they would turn out. They taste great!
I can’t wait to try these! I love turtles – but not the mess they make and time they take!
This was so awesome I had to put a link on my blog to it!! Thanks for taking the time to show it step by step.
We made these tonite…YUMMY and oh so easy! Thanks for posting!
I looked all over town for Rolo candies and everyone was out. I compromised and used Hershey caramel kisses and they worked great! Only bake for 3 minutes with the kisses.
