Oxi Clean Laundry

The only thing I know that can turn this

into this

is this.

oxi clean Oxi Clean Laundry

Get yourself a bucket of Oxi Clean. For all matters of filthiness, and stains both new and old, soak the offending garment in Oxi Clean for a day or two.  Wash as usual (I used my homemade laundry soap).

And now my little guy can get back to work. “Nothing Runs Like a (clean) Deere!”

So it really works, huh? I have yet to EVER use Oxiclean. I think I’m behind the times.

I thought I’d read that your homemade detergent wasn’t really working at all. Are you still using it?

Just like new!

I used to use OxiClean all the time when we had a Sam’s membership. Now we live on Shout.

Is your detergent working for you then?

I am so jealous of everyones homemade laundry detergent. I have searched high and low to find Washing soda and it is no where to be found! I have never used OxiClean, but I think I’ll definitely check it out when my son gets older. You little one is too cute- clean or dirty!

Wow! That really is amazing! My husband and I aren’t quite that rough on our clothes but I have a feeling it will become a staple once we have kids! :) Thanks for sharing this bit of advice!!

I love Oxi Clean as well. I had white silk and cotton baptism outfits that had been handed down for generations that I wanted to use for my twins. They were all yellow and had spit-up stains. Soaked them in Oxi-Clean for a day and they were bright white and beautiful. It’s like magic. Doesn’t work too well on oil-based stains, though…

I know what you mean. Now that I have a toddler I buy the BIG box of OxiClean at Costco.

I find washing soda only at walmarts. I saw a recipe too, where you can add the oxi clean right in to the homemade laundry detergent and it works out great. I havent made my own in a little while, but planning on it once I get it all purchased at the same time!!

The no-scent Oxiclean works well removing labels from food jars. We just let it soak in the sink for a couple of hours. It really is great stuff. :)

This is so cute! I saved one of my favorite sweaters with Oxi-clean after my husbands attempt @ laundry. :)

I make a paste of OxiClean and apply it directly to the stain and let it sit a day or two. Works great. But I’ve never really soaked for all-over dirty. Think I’ll give it a try!

Like Joy, I have yet to try Oxi-Clean. One of these days I’ll have to do that.

Nothing any cuter either! Biz is my secret laundry weapon! Just threw a 30 yr old unprotected wedding dress in a bathtub with Biz and presto chango!

Also my fav soaker! I’ve been too afraid to soak for days, but if it didn’t hurt the yellow shirt… Thanks for the post!

I haven’t had much luck with oxi clean, but I only left items for 6 or 8 hours. Maybe I should try it longer?
