Yes. Instead of smooshing it out in the pan, I freeze it in a ball (before it has a chance to rise).

I have been making this pizza dough for a few years, it’s great – thank you! I was wondering when you freeze it, do you freeze it immediately (between steps 3 and 4) ?

last I know baking powder and baking soda can be substituted for yeast but I don’t remember how much like a teaspoon or so of each I think.

For me this recipe was not messy at all but was perfect! It may have been messy if you did not flour your working surface or rolling pin. Thanks

Hmmm.. Nope. I just whip it up in the mixer and spread it out on the pan. Not much mess there. Are you talking “sticky” messy?
