Hi,

I have an ASUS laptop and can do the heart symbol by using shift <3 for the heart but can't do a smiley face as my alt button doesn't seem to work and I don't have a keypad to my right – just a key bad below the Function symbols. Please help – my research isn't getting me anywhere! Thanks so much, Rachael
