What to eat… what to eat. I’m wavering between soaking up all the fresh foods of summer while we can and wanting to dig out all of my fall and winter comfort food recipes! Here’s what we’ll be eating this week:
Sunday, September 20
- waffles with syrup, scrambled eggs, orange juice
- baked steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, sliced tomatoes, sauteed squash and zucchini
Weekday Breakfasts - lazy granola, oatmeal with raisins, eggs and toast or muffins, pancakes, french toast
Weekday Lunches – leftovers, PB&J, grilled cheese, fresh fruit and veggies, hard boiled eggs, quesadillas
Suppertime
- baked potatoes w/ sour cream and cheese, applesauce taste testing party (I’ll tell you about this in a few days.)
- Loaded Tostadas
- Chicken Parmesan and Fettuccini Alfredo (didn’t get to this last week), peas
- Cavatini, corn, french bread
- Game night — sandwiches, chips, fruit, cookies on the road
Saturday, September 26
- football breakfast: sausage and cheese pinwheels, scrambled eggs, apples and cream cheese apple dip
- clean out the fridge
- homemade pizza, fruit and veggies
Don’t forget, OrgJunkie is where all the cool menu planners hang out!

Have a great yummy week:-)
Oh how we love those tostadas in our house! Thanks for sharing another great menu plan.

Sounds delicious!
That cavatini casserole sounds like it would be a big hit in this house, all those differnt yummy meat flavors. I’m definitely snagging that recipe. Thanks!
