Menu Plan, Week of November 1

Really?!  November? Whatever you say, Mr. Calendar.  Feels more like May.  Or September.  Not complaining… loving the 70° temperatures!

Here’s what we’re eating this week:

Sunday, November 1

Weekday Breakfast Options: eggs (fried or scrambled) with toast or muffins, oatmeal with raisins, Lazy Granola

Lunches: leftovers, sandwiches (usually pb&j or grilled cheese) fresh fruit and veggies with dip, quesadillas

Suppertime

  • chicken pot pie
  • chicken noodle soup over mashed potatoes, peas
  • homemade pizza or pizza braid, fruit and veggies
  • baked potatoes topped with veggies and cheese
  • Dorito casserole

Saturday, November 7

  • biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, apples
  • birthday dinner for our nephew
  • clean out the fridge

That’s the plan, but if it’s still this nice later in the week, we are soooo breaking out the grill again!

    Sounds yummy! Lot’s of my kinda meals. I see some of the SAME things from my menu this week. LOL Would love the Dorito casserole recipe, please!!!!
