oh thank you… this week my brain is fried, and it was sooo nice to see your lovely menu – and i was saved from having to think anymore… i never really pay attention to menus people make, b/c that requires processing what food they listed w/ what i have at home, but something struck this week and i was relieved to see your delicious and fun menu, and luckily i have most things on hand – you just organized it for me

Aussie Chicken is my favorite!! I only get to eat it when we go out, though, because my husband doesn’t like mushrooms.
