		<description>If your meat is ultra-lean, you can freeze it with the sauce.  Otherwise, you might want to freeze them separately.  I even tell people to bake the meatballs for about 20 minutes, drain the grease, then add the sauce and finish baking.  I forget that, though, because we have super-lean meat from my uncles.</description>
