Menu Plan, February 16

I’ve really done it now. With last night’s delicious Valentine’s Day supper of Aussie Chicken, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, and Peanut Butter Brownie Trifle, I’ve given up any reason for Lance to take me out to eat ever again.  He said that mine tasted better than The Outback’s.  Oh, well… now I know I can have my favorite restaurant food at home whenever the mood strikes!  Thanks, Sherry!

Here’s what we’re eating this week.

Sunday, 2/15

Weeknight Suppers

Saturday, 2/21
