{Honey-Sweetened} Pumpkin Harvest Muffins

Without any extra refined sugar, these pumpkin harvest muffins are a tasty treat loaded with goodness from bananas, cranberries, and chocolate chips. I knew we had a winner when I heard, “These are the best muffins you’ve ever made, Mom!”

I use whole wheat pastry flour in my muffins, keeping them light but also keeping the whole grain nutrition. Unbleached flour would work just fine, too! They freeze well, and the extras in this large batch are easily warmed for a quick breakfast or after school snack.

I was searching your site for pumpkin cc muffin recipes yesterday (preferably honey sweetened) and look what you had posted that same day! Made em and loved em! Appreciate that they make 3 dozen to stretch my time in the kitchen. Thanks!

  6. I made these last week and my youngest (who was on a no sugar training diet) says they are the best muffins I have ever made. As she completed her training and test, I’m going to add chocolate chips to the next batch.
