I use my Pizza cutter in more ways than just cutting pizza, too. I am going to try making these for Thanksgiving. They look so yummy! Can’t wait to try them!

Recipe makes 32 rolls. I usually go ahead and bake them, then freeze. Haven’t tried to freeze the unbaked dough yet.

Does anyone know the best point in the recipe to freeze (after first rise and shaping, after fully risen)?
I think these will be making it to our table for many holiday meals!!How many rolls does this recipe make?

The first rise takes about an hour. If you stick your bowl in the oven (turned off!) with the oven light on, it rises a little faster. The second rise takes about 30 minutes. Hope that helps!

I’ve never made homemade rolls before. How long does it take the yeast to rise? Just wondering how long I need to reserve to make these? Thanks!
