Happenin’ Halloween

Whew!  What a crazy day!  My menu plan was (mostly) shot.  Our relaxing no-school-today day was shot.  I am shot!

We did manage to make and decorate pumpkin pancakes, but the kids weren’t too crazy about eating them.  They didn’t like the chocolate chips! Are those my children?!?

After a speedy breakfast we hit the road.  Game film to trade (we’re in the playoffs, woo-hoo!), family to visit, more family to visit, and some family to visit.  Did I mention that already?

Right before taking my own travel nap, I caught my Halloweeners snoozing.

Let me tell ya, everyone perked up when it was time for some treats!

Oh Amy, they look so cute in their costumes! It sounds like a long but fun day. I hope you get a chance to rest up at some point this weekend.

By the way, that picture of them sleeping is awesome! Do they always all sleep with their heads leaning in the same direction?
