Whew! What a crazy day! My menu plan was (mostly) shot. Our relaxing no-school-today day was shot. I am shot!
We did manage to make and decorate pumpkin pancakes, but the kids weren’t too crazy about eating them. They didn’t like the chocolate chips! Are those my children?!?
After a speedy breakfast we hit the road. Game film to trade (we’re in the playoffs, woo-hoo!), family to visit, more family to visit, and some family to visit. Did I mention that already?
Right before taking my own travel nap, I caught my Halloweeners snoozing.
Let me tell ya, everyone perked up when it was time for some treats!
“Mommy! I be farmer for Halloween, just like Papa!”
