Great advice from Clair! The ornaments in a bowl is one of my favorites.

Hope you feel better soon!

I love the cranberry balls. I'm putting them on the list for next year.

Here's a way were making inexpensive gift bows this year.

Thanks for the ideas! I've done the ornaments in a bowl, but love the cranberry ball. I've got some sprigs, so just need to get a styrofoam ball. Hopefully this will help get me in the Christmas spirit.

Sorry to hear you're under the weather - hope you feel better soon!

Great guest post, Claire. I am creative-challenge so I appreciate any help I can get. I especially loved the bowl of ornaments!

Hello...

Ohhh my...I'm so sorry to hear that you've been sick! Sure hope that my note finds you feeling better, my friend!

What a fabulous post! I love all the great and inexpensive ideas! I think that "bringing a little of the outside in" is a great tip! Nature has provided us with so much beauty!!! Another thing that I have often decorated with at during the holidays that is really inexpensive is nuts....walnuts, brazil, pecans...all still in the shell! They are great for "fillers" as well! Great post, my friend...and a big thank you to your guest speaker as well!!!

Warmest wishes and Christmas Blessings to you and your family...
