Great American Bake Sale Giveaway

Does it get any more All-American than a good old fashioned bake sale? How about a bake sale where the proceeds are donated to end childhood hunger?  Now we’re talkin’!

For the third year in a row, Domino® Sugar is the presenting sponsor for Share our Strength’s® Great American Bake Sale to help fight childhood hunger. The Great American Bake Sale raises money to fight childhood hunger across the U.S. by encouraging individuals, families, organizations and schools to hold bake sales and donate the profits to help Share our Strength provide millions of meals and snacks to America’s children.

What a fun way to get your family and community involved in a fantastic cause, and Domino Sugar wants to encourage your participation.  I have a $25 gift card given to me by Domino Sugar to pass along to one of my readers. The catch?  Please use the money to purchase ingredients for your own Great American Bake Sale or to donate to a bake sale near you. You can even donate online!

Who’s in?  If you’d like to with the $25 gift card, simply comment with your favorite bake sale item to make or purchase. Thanks for participating and sharing with your friends!

Update: I’ll pick a winner via on Sunday evening, April 18.
