So. I don’t have my baby gift thank yous written yet.
My baby is 2 1/2 months old.
Major common courtesy fail!
I’m hoping that will all change, though, once my stamps arrive from PictureItPostage.
Seriously, how cute is that?!
I was recently given the opportunity to create a sheet of personalized postage stamps for review purposes. I’ve just gotta say… I love ‘em! It literally took me only a few minutes to follow the easy steps provided by PictureItPostage. The trickiest part was digging for just the right photo on my camera card!
While personalized postage would be a fun way to WOW! people with any kind of mail (invitations, thank yous, Christmas cards), my practical brain can’t quite justify the price. $22.95 for a sheet of stamps. Hmmm
Personalized Postage as a Gift
The thing is, even though I wouldn’t likely spend that kind of money for my own postage, I think personalized postage ranks right up there on the Best Gifts Ever list for grandparents or other people who say “I have everything I’ve ever needed. Don’t get me a thing.” Uh-huh. What grandparent do you know who wouldn’t delight in using postage stamps with photos of their grandchildren on them?
Right now, when you enter the code MOTHERHOOD, you receive $4.00 off of your order at PictureItPostage. $18.95 for a gift that will make grandpa smile every time he pays the bills? I’d say that’s a Finer Thing! Coupon code expires January 31, 2011.
Look for a giveaway from PictureItPostage coming up next week!
What gift ideas do you have for the person who has everything?
Disclosure: The Motherhood and PictureItPostage let me make my stamps for free and are compensating me for my time on this project. My opinions, including the thought that these would make a great gift, are all my own.
