Finer Things Friday: Summer Bliss

by Amy on July 22, 2010

It was so perfect I forgot to take photos.

Homemade Butterfinger ice cream, straight out of our White Mountain Freezer Finer Things Friday: Summer Bliss.

Family gathered with a neighbor friend on our freshly painted (yesterday) picnic table.

Not too sweltering, only-a-little-windy Kansas evening.

Three-year-old birthday girl smiling with a sweet, milky, drippy grin.

Summer bliss.

Thanks for the link-up opportunity. I’m obsessed with home-made ice-cream. I just wish it didn’t take so much time!

I look forward to coming back many more times!

@Andrea, Our white mountain freezes it in about 20 minutes. With mixing and everything, I can have homemade ice cream in 30-40 minutes. Love it!

I’ve linked up with what I feel is the finest Friday blog hop follow! Thanks for providing this.

It was your mention of the Kansas evening breeze that got me. That and a three year old! What could be better than that?
