Fifteen {Finer Things Friday}

At 6:30 yesterday morning, as I watched the sun rise over glistening white, I guessed eight.
I was wrong.
Fifteen! We got fifteen inches of snow Wednesday and Thursday! I know some of you are sick and tired of winter. Ready for spring. Weary of snow. Us, though? We could not be more thrilled and thankful! When you’re in the middle of the worst drought in 50 years (or so they say) you’ll take moisture in any way, shape, or form.
Look what I found! (See the other handlebars poking out of the snow in the background?) Perhaps a little reminder for some children to put their things away?!
The last time we got snow like this [3] our three oldest were 5, 3, and 18 months. WOW!
So this week? We’re at home. Watching too much tv, eating soup and snow ice cream, playing games, and loving the snow!
