wfmw Degrees Sign

Type up a lot of recipes? Want to make them look more professional? Use the degrees sign. While holding down the “Alt” key, type 0176 and poof, there appears the °! Works for me!

The ALT codes are fun to use. you can find the ¢ sign, too – just google ALT codes to find more of those lovely hidden treats.

In cooking that degree sign is just necessary – Excellent tip!

I figured it out! You have to use the numeric keypad on the right side of most keyboards…but since I’m on a laptop I don’t have one. Great tip, thanks!
