At our house we call it “CracK” it is so addicting and so good – I have been known to hid it from my hubby when his old secretary makes it for us ( I don’t know why but her’s tastes better) – I have actually made myself sick on eating so much of this- good stuff!

I didn’t know what it was called. I have made it for a while and I love it. It is so good, I have a problem with making it and not eating it. I always have to make extra for us to eat. It makes a great gift for bus drivers, etc. I put it in a pretty treat bag with ribbon and it looks very cute.

I wrote about this same treat a couple weeks ago but even in my post I had no idea what to call it.

We call this “poor man’s toffee” or “cracker toffee.” It is so yummy, I have to restrain myself from eating it all myself!
