These are FANTASTIC! I made mine on the large side, to serve as breakfast-on-the-go. Definitely a great way to use some of the zucchini that is threatening to take over my garden/house. Thanks for sharing this!

I want to make these for my grandson who will not eat veggies but loves chocolate. They don’t have large boxes here so could I use 2 small. Also about how many from the recipe will I get.
