I make a “cheesecake pie” (that is divine)–I guess it’s called a pie because it in a pie dish, not a Springform. Who cares? Still yummy!

This looks great. I never make my cheese cakes in springform pans because I don’t have any. If it’s got cream cheese, it is cheese cake!

Many a European cheesecake is not made in a springform pan. As a matter of fact many pros use cheesecake pans that are attached at the sides and bottom. Cheese makes a cheesecake and your cheesecake looks wonderful.
