Ah, yes. Summery fruit, rich brownie crust. Topped with pretty chocolate drizzle. Don’t tell anyone how easy it is!

Brownie Fruit Pizza Squares
- 1 prepared 9×13 pan of fudgy brownies
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 cup halved and sliced kiwi
- 1 (15 ounce) can pineapple tidbits (drained, but save the juice!)
- 1 sliced banana
- ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Prepare brownie mix or recipe as directed. (Shhh, I’ve been known to use a favorite box mix for this, but I might try a double batch of Lynn’s Fudge Cake Brownies next time.) Bake in a 9×13 pan. Allow to cool completely.
Beat together cream cheese and sugar. Spread over cooled brownie crust.
Arrange sliced strawberries, sliced kiwi, and sliced pineapple over cream cheese mixture. Dip sliced bananas into reserved pineapple juice, then add to the arrangement.
Melt chocolate chips. With a fork, drizzle over fruit. Chill until served. Cut into squares.
*** Because of the bananas, this is best eaten the day it’s made. If you want to work ahead, feel free to make the brownies and spread the cream cheese over the top. Then just refrigerate until assembling the fruit.
*** Feel free to use your favorite brownie recipe, but I think the fudgy version works better than cake-like brownies.
*** I often grab the pineapple chunks and simply cut them in half. They’re easier to find than the tidbits. Also, I use just over half of the can.)
*** You’ll likely not need a full 1/4 cup of melted chocolate chips to drizzle over the top. My advice is to take the left over pineapple, dip it in the leftover chocolate, and enjoy.
*** Not a chocolate fan? Try a sugar cookie dough Fruit Pizza.

Hi Amy,
I wanted to let you know that I highlighted your blog on a blog meme I host “Pay It Forward”. I hope you can stop by and check it out. You can read all about how you helped me with an overabundance of zucchini. I baked 4 loaves of zucchini bread and the black bean zucchini quesadillas. I still have more zucchini. I guess I’ll have to go back to the recipe list … again!
What a great combination of fruit and chocolate! Such a fun way to celebrate summer fruit.
YUMMY! I would totally eat this if it wasn’t for my wheat allergy. However, I love fresh fruit and homemade chocolate sauce…..it doesn’t get any better!
It is so hard to see recipes like this when I am hungry. Yum!
