Breathe {A Fresh Start}

For the overwhelmed. For those trying to make all the changes rightthisveryminute. For those who don’t see the light at the end of the tunnel. For those who grump at their kids. For those who go to bed too late. For those who are greeted by dirty dishes in the sink.

For you. For me.

  1. Thank you. This is just what I needed to see this morning.

  2. Thank you for this reminder. Very helpful!

  3. What a great to-do list. Just printed it out to hang up so I can see it often. Makes me smile just looking at it. (And smiling is something I NEED to work on this year.) Thank you for sharing this wonderful, workable, and maybe, just maybe, accomplish-able list (at least the first and last points!). Think I may need to re-name it “to-do list for the year” to actually get it all done, but the daily reminder is what will make it get done.

  4. Yes, Yes, and Yes. I do stay up too late, start the morning behind, grump at my kids, feel overwhelmed, and am so deep in the tunnel I forgot it was a tunnel. But, today I had an unexpected day off from my job outside the home because my son was sick. Starting the day with breathing, praying, etc., made all the difference.The deadlines are real, but my perspective can be whatever I choose it to be (panic..or peace….). Thanks for this reminder and encouragement today!

  5. I feel that God had me open this specific post on this particular morning. Thank you.
