My pancakes and waffles will never be the same. Made with POM Wonderful 100% pomegranate juice and some frozen blueberries, this is a morning treat that you can feel good about serving your family!

Blueberry Pomegranate Syrup
- 16 oz. POM Wonderful Pomegranate Juice
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 T. corn starch
- 2 T. water
In a sauce pan, bring pomegranate juice and blueberries to a slow boil. Add sugar; mix until dissolved. In a small cup, mix corn starch and water until smooth. Add to juice mixture. Stir until slightly thickened. Remove from heat. Serve warm.





This sounds really yummy! I like to make blueberry pancakes on the weekend and this syrup would go great! Do you make it fresh each time or can you store it?
I’ve stored the little bit of leftovers in the fridge. Not sure how long they last, because we always use it up within a week.
