Beef and Chicken Fajitas

We couldn’t wait a day longer.  My bell peppers are slow to produce this year, so I finally gave in and purchased the colorful gems when I caught them on sale.  These fajitas, a recipe from my sister-in-law, are a family favorite!

  5. Those look great! I bought colored peppers at Aldi’s for $1.49(half price), I used half of them already. I think I will give these a try with the other half.

    Love Fajitas of any kind! Thank you so much for this recipe! I have made them before, but I do like to try new ways to make old favorites. I love fast, easy, and nutritious.

    We are into our canning and things like that. My bell peppers didn’t do too well this year. I think I need to move them to a different place. But then again, it has been so hot that everything is burning up, even with watering it every day and sometimes twice a day.
